As they say, girls should never be afraid to be smart.  Women hold so few of STEM jobs.  While pharmacy is one of the best jobs for women, we still need to inspire other women and girls to STEM careers.  A feminine pearl earring with a lightbulb base.  The lightbulb has always been a symbol of science and intelligence (i.e. Albert Einstein), and now a sign of female empowerment.
